It took us months to be able to find someone who was knowledgeable, had spectacular customer service skills and punctual. We began to lose hope until I contacted John. He has been amazing throughout my contact with him. He's very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us decide on the best options for our film. He kept us updated along the way and his service couldn't have been any better. He is a real asset to the company and we cannot wait to work together again in the near future.
